A refreshed acquisitions platform for a London and South East property buyer, carrying an established project portfolio into a new design
Clarence Property Group buys property across London and the South East, but the site speaking for them was a 2021 build that no longer matched the confidence of the proposition. The complication was that twenty-three live project records, the firm's entire track record, were bound to that theme, so the refresh had to modernise the front end without putting a single word of existing content at risk.
Heer built a Lovable prototype first, taking it through structured client review rounds in Pastel before a line of production code was written. The approved design was then converted into a bespoke classic WordPress theme, faithful to the prototype at every breakpoint, with all copy, imagery and statistics exposed through ACF Pro, two purpose-built Gravity Forms for seller and professional enquiries, and a new Insights section to carry the firm's commentary
The site now presents Clarence as the acquisitions specialist it is, with Investment and Development portfolios rendered through the new design and every historic project intact. Enquiry routes are clearly separated, the team can edit the site via Wordpress CMS without a developer, and Insights gives the business an owned channel for the first time.
