With your permission, we record these calls on Microsoft Teams. That means we’re listening to you instead of scribbling notes, and nothing you say gets lost or misremembered. When we sit down to plan, we’re working from your own words, not our interpretation of them.

Everything we learn in discovery goes straight into your proposal. The scope, structure, timeline and cost come from what you told us, not a generic template.

You open a link, click on the part of the page you want to talk about and leave a comment: “Make this headline bolder.” “Can we swap these two sections?” “This button should go to the contact page.”
Every comment is pinned to the exact spot it refers to. Nothing gets lost in translation, and your whole team can add feedback in one place.
