Asktenants.co.uk is a web application which encourages existing and former tenants of properties to rate their experience with the property and landlords on specific criteria.

Heer conducted a review of the UX and delivered a detailed report to the site owners, who then engaged Heer to design and build a new front-end interface for WordPress. The goal was to deliver a best-in-class experience for visitors and encourage tenants to add more ratings to the site and improve the platforms commercial leverage. Heer worked closely with the client to define several new features which were explored in wireframe and prototypes. Heer also helped define and create monetizing features
